Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with the owner and staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooftop terrace offered beautiful sunset views, and the location provided a nice balance between the hustle of the city and a more residential feel. However, the security fencing was a bit off-putting, although it didn’t detract from my overall comfort. I left feeling well cared for and eager to return.
The hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place for a homely stay. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, while the rooftop terrace provides stunning sunset views. Although the dining options were rather basic, the overall value for money is solid. The location, while in a residential area, adds to the charm, yet it may feel a bit isolated for those looking to be in the center of activity.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the friendly service from the staff. The location was a bit of a downside as it was somewhat distant from the main attractions, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it felt like a good value for the price, but there were certainly areas that could use improvement.
My stay at The Durban Hotel was truly delightful! The warm hospitality made me feel right at home. However, the area surrounding the hotel seemed a bit run-down, which was the only drawback. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with fantastic service and a cozy atmosphere.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my visit to Guyana. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and taken care of. The location provided a nice balance between the quiet of residential streets and accessibility to local attractions. However, I found the breakfast options to be a bit limited and the security fencing around the property was a bit off-putting at first.
